Options for Arranging a Session
There are several ways we can work together and book a session:
1. Photographer for Hire
This is the most straight forward option. You express an interest in scheduling and we will find a day and time that works for both of us. We will ask if you would be open to our sharing copies of any of the images (you could decide what types and even exactly which images we could put in our portfolio), or you could choose to prohibit us from sharing any.
Select images will be edited and/or re-touched based on our agreement. If you want a session for sure, you can try one of the options below and if those do not pan out, you can always choose the for hire option. I sometimes offer a discount to models that I can't offer a free session to, but want to provide an additional incentive to do a shoot. Feel free to inquire about a discount paid shoot if the options below do not work for us.
If you simply want great photos of yourself and you're not interested in having us use any of the images, this is your solution.
All of the following three modeling options below require you to start the process by completing the casting inquiry form along with sending me a face and body photo and you would have to sign a model release form (we would customize to meet your comfort level in terms of what types of images I could share and where).
Please be aware the if you are shy about sharing any images of yourself on either the web and/or in print after the session, these options are not ideal since you would be a model. In that case, the above option is the best since you can request zero release of images post session and I will respect that 100%.
2. Model for Pay & Images
In this case, you would complete the casting inquiry form and we will review your head & body photos along with the answers from the inquiry. If we feel you would be a great addition to our portfolio and/or marketing images, we will contact you to arrange a session. You would receive an agreed upon pay including copies of images. We could confirm all image rights you would grant us.
3. Model for Images (most common option for new models that have not worked with Images Male before).
Similar to the above option, but you work as a model in exchange for images only. The advantage of this option is that we are more likely to consider having you model for us and it could lead to future paid sessions either one on one or at a workshop (see below).
4. Model for Workshop (Pay & Images)
In this option, you would join us as a guest model at a photography workshop. There would be up to five photographers taking photos of you. Most workshop models are paid and you would also receive copies of images.
